Fact is anyone can sell anything if he or she sells it cheap enough. What distinguishes the good companies from the rest is how they treat their clients during the sale, the manner in which the installation is completed and the service provided after the installation.

At Innovative Shading we understand that service is what will separates us from rest.

That is why we provide:

• Detailed and to scale shop drawings and 1 line diagrams
• Complete documentation and submittals
• Coordination with other trades that impact our scope to make sure they are clear on what is needed from them and follow up to make sure it is done.
• Our install teams will not smoke, use profanity, or in any way act inappropriately at the site.
• They will wear “booties” on their shoes in finished spaces
• Leave the site cleaner than before they arrived

It is in our service, in how we treat our clients where we find our sense of satisfaction where we find that it has truly been a successful day.
